Note:
"Year" is the year in which the structure was deposited into the PDB
"Total X-Ray Structures" is total number of X-ray structures deposited in the PDB
"Total Synchrotron Structures" is total number of X-ray structures deposited in the PDB for which data was collected at synchrotron facilities
"Total Synchrotron Structures (%)" is the ratio of total deposited synchrotron structures to total deposited PDB X-ray structures expressed in percent
Large structures have been processed and released intact as single entries by the wwPDB since May 2013; previously, large structures were curated as “split” files across in multiple entries.
